Day 1: Saturday - Embarkation in Antigua
From Antigua’s international airport, a taxi will take you to Slipway Boatyard & Marina in English Harbour, where boarding begins at 5 pm. The crew will warmly welcome you with a rum-based drink from English Harbour, and you’ll set sail to Freeman’s Bay, just in front of Galleon Beach. Enjoy your first dinner on board, lovingly prepared by the chef, while taking in a breathtaking sunset.
Day 2: Sunday -
Falmouth Harbour - Shirley Heights
After breakfast, dive into your first snorkeling experience at the Pillars of Hercules, an exceptional dive site. Then, a short sail will take you to Falmouth Harbour, the island’s largest marina, where modernity meets history. Stroll along the docks lined with impressive yachts and explore the local restaurants, shops, and artisan boutiques. In the evening, take a taxi to Shirley Heights for a stunning sunset over English Harbour, accompanied by a lively Caribbean barbecue and local bands. A true island party atmosphere awaits!
Day 3: Monday -
Jolly Harbour
Set sail to the west coast of the island towards Jolly Harbour. Stop by Cades Reef for some snorkeling in pristine waters, then drop anchor in the turquoise waters in front of the white sandy beach of Jolly Harbour. Relax on the beach, explore the water activities, or enjoy the shops, golf course, and waterfront restaurants.
Day 4: Tuesday -
Great Bird Island
Sail north to Great Bird Island, a tiny private isle open to the public. Known for its beautiful white sandy beaches and bird species, including the famous brown pelicans, this is the perfect place to disconnect and feel “alone in the world.” A hike to the top of the island offers stunning views, while the coral reefs surrounding the island are perfect for snorkeling.
Day 5: Wednesday -
Dickenson Bay - Deep Bay
Next, head to Dickenson Bay, one of the island’s top spots and best beaches. Indulge in water sports like windsurfing, snorkeling, or even horseback riding along the shore. Then, sail to Deep Bay for a peaceful night at anchor under the stars.
Day 6: Thursday -
Carlisle Bay
Begin your morning with a snorkel around the Andes shipwreck, sunk in 1905, or take a walk up to Fort Barrington. Then sail to Carlisle Bay, home to numerous sea turtles. You can also visit Cades Bay Pineapple Farm to learn more about Antigua’s famous black pineapples.
Day 7: Friday -
Green Island
Continue your journey to Green Island, a hidden gem on Antigua’s east coast. Known for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters, Green Island is perfect for snorkeling or kitesurfing. Anchor in Non Such Bay for a final tranquil night.
Day 8: Saturday -
Return to Antigua
After a final sail, return to the marina and disembark at 10 am at Antigua Slipway.
For an extended adventure including Barbuda, a 10-day cruise is available, with a return on Wednesday.
