Thierry Ote, Owner & CEO
Originally from Belgium and trained as an automation engineer, my passion for sailing and exploring the world has always been at the core of my life. With 25 years of experience in the yachting industry, including working for the three largest yacht charter companies (The Moorings, Dream Yacht Worldwide, Navigare Yachting) in roles ranging from technician, dock manager, base manager, to operations manager, I decided to fulfill my dream of creating my own yacht charter company, taking the best from my past experiences.
Having managed bases in iconic locations such as the Seychelles, the Bahamas, Antigua, Tortola, Saint Martin, and Martinique, and after sailing across the globe—including an unforgettable yacht delivery between Singapore and Jakarta—I chose to establish our first bases in four exceptional destinations that I know well and where I’ve built strong professional relationships.
These destinations include Corsica, the island of beauty, departing from Calvi (June to September), and three locations in the Caribbean (November to May): Canouan in the stunning Grenadines, Antigua with its 365 beaches (and the beautiful Barbuda), and Saint Martin, the island of endless celebrations, surrounded by Anguilla, Saba, and the incomparable Saint Barth.
I am committed to applying everything I’ve learned to offer top-tier service for both charterers and yacht owners. My core values are family business, transparency, honor, and integrity.

Isabelle Rouma, Owner & Charter Specialist
With a degree in Romance philology from the University of Liège, I’ve had the privilege of exploring the world and experiencing its diverse cultures, including a fulfilling time teaching French in Singapore.
Alongside Thierry, and with years dedicated to sailing and adventure, I’ve held various roles within yacht bases, including customer service, before specializing in quality control, crew recruitment, and financial management.
I hold myself and my colleagues to high standards, placing excellence at the heart of our mission. Sharing, responsibility, respect, and loyalty guide all of my actions.
As the main contact for charter services, I’ll ensure that every part of your journey is meticulously planned. I will also leverage my significant experience in crew recruitment to guarantee you have a captain and chef who meet your expectations and deliver an unforgettable experience.
Ulysse & Vadrouille
Our loyal four-legged team wouldn’t be complete without Ulysse, our noble Border Terrier, who, like his famous namesake, loves to explore the seas. Always by his side is Vadrouille, our fearless wire-haired Dachshund. Both are an integral part of the crew, always ready to join in on deck maneuvers and bring their positive energy to every adventure. Their presence fills our days with joy.
And, of course, we can't forget our three children, Hélène, Antoine, and Marine, who have accompanied us through all these years of travel and experiences. Today, they’ve each embarked on their own journeys, but their advice and unwavering support remain invaluable to us. We are so grateful to have them in our lives.
