The Captain

Our captain is very experienced and has extensive knowledge of the Grenadines, where the boat sails from our base in Canouan. He is thoroughly familiar with the Catana 55 and can optimize its performance by perfectly adjusting the sails. He will be happy to involve guests in the maneuvers if they wish.

The captain is also very attentive and considerate towards the guests onboard. He listens to their wishes and helps them make the most of all the onboard equipment, such as the paddle board and other water toys. In addition to ensuring safety onboard, he will make sure everything runs smoothly during the cruise. The captain can also assist the chef hostess in preparing barbecues and in catching fresh fish as often as possible.

The Chef Hostess

Our chef hostess is capable of assisting the captain with maneuvers onboard, but her primary task is to prepare high-quality meals. She respects the guests' preferences, including any allergies, by using fresh produce, local fruits and vegetables, and fish freshly caught by the captain. She also prepares the local specialty, grilled lobster. Meals are accompanied by fine wines and a wide selection of quality spirits, a tradition of the Caribbean islands.
